This beautiful Tuesday morning I had the honor of Qing at Parliament. In the pre-blast I made 2 promises: 1. We are going to work hard and 2. Absolutely no running….Promises kept!

It had been a while since I posted at Parliament, but I knew there would be a large group of men who are straight HIMs! I had planned on something for building strength while keeping rep counts high.

This morning’s music choice was the worship playlist that Head Hunter sent out a little while back. Everywhere you look you see so much hate, darkness, sickness, etc. that I wanted to bring the Light this morning and I prayed as men, we can be a shining light for someone around us.

There was a lot of mumble chatter throughout the beatdown this morning. With such a large group its hard to hear everything but I know for sure these men put in a lot of hard work today.
