As YHC spent time pondering the plan of action for today’s Q at the premier kettlebell workout, the song Jessica by The Allman Brothers popped in my head.  An iconic song suitable for all sorts of occasions – road trips, movie soundtracks, multitasking, annoying your kids, and holidays.  So, having the anchor song to the list, YHC pulled a Starfish and looked up what year did that song come out.  The answer is 1973, and when you search 1973 rock songs, the list is astounding and too many to choose from!  So, a playlist was born and then looked for a workout suitable for such a grand occasion.

An intrepid band of 4 made sure the neighborhood was safe from ne’er do wells in the bucolic Greenbrier Farms enclave by doing a security 2.25 mile pre-ruck.  Weddings, rental house empires, what Vitamin D burps taste like, and allergies to pets that stick their butts in your face were just a few of the topics covered.

Neighborhood secured, other pax felt safe to arrive to join in the traditional fun.
