YHC have become very bad about posting backblasts, but when it came time to prepare to Q BNW my appreciation grew for the PAX who do regularly post a full backblast. In September of 2020 BNW migrated to Greenbrier Farms from Reagan High School with a short stop at Food Lion. On 9/30/2020 Inteference Qed and his plan was stolen aka Covered this morning.

The THANG was a 3-man grinder. 6 PAX made was perfect to make two pairs of 3. Some confusion ensued because YHC had the Pain Stations next to each other and the 3rd man ran the median circle back and forth. Eventually some of us figured it out.
Exercises included: Deadlift, Upright Row, Snatches, Thrusters, Swings, American Hammer, Mountain Climber, Low Flutter, Bentover Row, Curls, Skull Crushers, Squats, Overhead Press, Figure 8 and Heels to Heaven
