This whole crazy thing we do is built on the core principles, which I know you all know by heart.  Today it was about “….in a rotating fashion.”  T-Claps to Sea-Man for running a top-notch AO for a venerable amount of time (over two years, right?) and to Cruiser, who has taken on a massive role in the Dash Pax, including starting the inculcation of his two boys. Well done.

It went like this in the Village today:

Passing Drill (in honor of passing the keys to the AO)

Around the circle, complete and pass on. We got too creative at the end when time grew short and no one, even the Q, is really sure if we got the last round totally in. As was heard: The Lunges Caught Up With The Monkeys

• 10 Monkey Humpers
• 7 Sumo Squats

And (past) time.

As YHC shared with the group: a morning of EC runs, HCs, bringing the 2.0s, individual and partner work, modifying as necessary, pushing the effort, passing the shared leadership and fellowship (thanks for the biscuits, Sea-Man) ticked every damn box for what makes F3 such an important thing for me, and others. Keep it up, boys.
