Name-O-Rama 2

QIC: Subfloor

Date: 1/28/2023

PAX: Russell 2000, Madoff, Spicoli, Crash, Drip, Drama Queen, Adobe, Hansel, Wobegon, Rudolph, Dr. Toot, Van Gogh

YHC arrived as the Murphers were finishing up. YHC was a little worried since he couldn’t get Slack to work, but luckily Van Gogh was there to offer advice and eventually got it working (see below for why). As the rest of the PAX were coming, YHC was wondering about Adobe since he was bringing his speaker. Adobe HC’d so I knew he wouldn’t fartsack, but I grabbed my small speaker just in case. All other HC PAX were there, Spicoli was a little late, but that still counts. It was a tough workout, but I think everyone enjoyed/tolerated it. This will turn up again since it’s so easy to Q.

The Thang:

Mosey to the blocks and partnered up. PAX wondered why we had to partner up since we couldn’t split reps, but YHC said so we wouldn’t have to do it alone. Some partnered up wisely, some suffered with their choice.

YHC unveiled his weinke, much to the chagrin to those who did it at Parliament. After explaining how the workout works, the PAX wondered how many reps. YHC grabbed his phone and pulled up Slack in order to ask our unsung hero Mr. Slackbot how many reps to do. I’ve got to admit, I was a little worried, but he (it?) was kind and gave us 23 reps to do.

First everyone spelled Alcatraz, cuz it was the second anniversary of course, which ended up being a terrible choice; 3 A’s equals 69 burpees. Each letter is a different exercise and you do the called number of reps or travel across parking lot.

As everyone was finishing up the first name, Van Gogh asked if we could get a run break and so YHC said to run around church after each spelled name. After that, everyone spelled each of their F3 names in their partnered up groups. Some finish this and started spelling SuperMaxx with some questions on how many X’s, but smartly Dr. Toot noted not to worry about it since we wouldn’t get there.

Per the musical cue, we packed up and mosey/walked back to the start for some Mary.
