Jersey is lovely this time of year at Redline

Redline is a great place to push yourself, hang out with #fastholes (at least at start and finish), and be encouraged by them. There is no shelter to hide at this AO when weather turns damp, and while running will always be stupid, it does fully align with the core principle of “outside rain or shine.”
YHC continues to push to get better at this running thing, some big races on the horizon, and coming off putting in some decent miles at Beverly’s Run for Hope 45 mile madness, put together some good combo of hills and track work.

NMM
- Chomper was waiting in the parking lot when YHC arrived, Hitman joined right as we left parking lot, BALCO was picked up on his RIRO, and Resistor joined on the last stretch of the warmup lap
- Many topics were discussed by pax that weren’t gasping for their last breath (ok, that was just me)
- Since Mongoose wasn’t there, full throated complaints about hills were minimized
- BALCO did some extra hill work picking up the 6, Chomper chose to fully follow the Q’s instructions and went back to start before picking up the 6
- Chomper learned crosstraining by playing hoops with high schoolers will cause soreness
- Running is stupid, but these runners are always encouraging and supportive!
- BALCO even upgraded YHC saying I could call myself a jogger! #progress
