Morning sarted off easy enough with YHC and Wobegon tackling an EC 5K. PAX were showing up as we rounded the last corner. Exchanged pleasantries with PAX and BOOM it was 5:30. Mission statement and five core principles stated and we were after it

Mosey to the parking deck
Ladder pullups, run to the other end and burpees. Start with ten pullups and end with ten burpees.
Everybody warmed up and BOMBS in the deck. YHC called burpees but Lamb Chop wanted Bonnie Blairs. No nay sayers we made the switch.

Dynamite group this morning. First time posting with Abe Frohman and he is no slouch. Lamb Chop and Chick Flick maintaned there coffee hour and were only distracted when Lamb Chop asked for Bonnie Blairs. Still they stayed out front the whole way. Tonka, Wobegon, Gretel and Ziggy are absolute tanks. There was no six this morning. Also, meaning there was MC all around. It was the Qs birthday today. Great people and great place to get it started. Always an honor to lead. Thanks Guys!
