PAX: Mutton, Bevo, Spicoli, Crash

4 Pax showed bright and early for a downtown beat down.  It went something like this:

No warm-a-rama so we headed straight for the ball park.  On the way, we stopped at the rock pile at the bottom of the hill.

2 sets of 10 (double count) of the following:

Curls, Skull Crushers, Overhead Press, Modified Whirleys

Continue on to the ball park.

Once in the lot, the Pax was instructed to commence a Jacob’s Ladder workout with 7 as the goal.

6 Burpees at the top and 1 squat at the bottom.  Then 5 and 2 etc.

We bear crawled up on the even numbers.

Proceed to 4th and Broad where we executed a forward lunge walk about 25 yards at the corner parking lot.

Proceed to Bookmarks where we began Mary.  Mutton Crunches, Low Flutters, Freddie Mercs and Pengiun Crunches.

Back to the start right on time.

No announcements.  YHC took the group out keeping The Zeisels and Bevo’s families in our prayers.

Really enjoyable time with all.

    Solid workout as always, Mutton! Good visit around the western part of downtown, keeping things moving and still able to catch up along the way. Well done
