YHC took us out.

You can’t go wrong with an edition of Kasey Kasem’s American Top 40 for a beatdown. So YHC decided it was time to play it on Saturday-repeat of 9/15/1973-lots of oldies and probably Wild Thing and Bloodsport heard songs never heard before!

As we were starting DORA, which several PAX thought should never start with Mike Tysons, a runner passes those running to the street and joins in. A fraternity brother of Argyle had heard of F3, decided today was the day and he hit it hard with the PAX.

FNG Tony works for Pepsi, has 2 children and is an all around great guy. As he was “kidnapped” ala Patty Hearst but seemed to want to stay with the PAX it was decided that Stockholm was most appropriate. However his friends can call him Patty!

Lots of shoulder work and we were all better for it. Total reps were 1000 plus!! STRONG

Honor to lead this morning.
