Backblast

7:00am arrived and it appeared that it was going to be a Lamb Chop vs Cherry Pie slugfest.  The Q made sure to hang close to the AO for an extended period, knowing the pattern of certain late arriving pax.  Sure enough, Boo Boo and Picnic Basket pulled in on the backend of “stretchy stretch”.  It was then clear, the morning would not be short on mumble chatter with two of best already present and accounted for.  Just as Warm O Rama was concluding, in roared a large black pickup truck, clearly on a mission, and quickly emerging came a smiling ear to ear, yet shirtless…Buyout.  26 degree air temp, no matter.  Feeling a bit sheepish given his three layers, beanie and neck gator…off we went….all 3 mumble chatter experts in full form.  At the track and at each step throughout the morning, the Q had to use Marine Sergeant-like tactics to keep these three lip smacking professionals focused on the task at hand.  Not once did Buyout add another stitch of closing, although he did lay on top of his tank top during WWIIs.  Picnic Basket seemed content with the degree of movement over the course of the beatdown and appeared to be pondering a midmorning nap during COT time.  Speaking of time, it was indeed a good time.  Many thanks to Lamb Chop, Boo Boo and Buyout for posting!

COT

Buyout took the pax out with a powerful prayer, acknowledging our need for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  Amen!
