Relax- this isn’t my first VQ

PAX: Crash, Drama Queen, Zima, Van Gogh, Workbench, Offsides, Spamalot, Cruiser, Little Piggy, Adobe, Subfloor

There was much mumblechatter about this being YHC’s VQ, but it was then decided that this was, in fact, his 3rd VQ.

Warmorama: SSH x 20, Plank to a random yoga move, merkins (OYO in cadence), whirley with a clap.

At this point, YHC could sense too much stress among the pax and urged everyone to relax.

The Thang:

Hill to nowhere with pit stops for burpees (5) and dive bombers (10) at the top

Repeato

Due to complaints, YHC changed burpees to the top. An astute Zima realized this did not alter the number of burpees in any way, but by this time mumblechatter was largely drown out by heavy pax breathing.

Mosey to parking lot for Dora: 100 merkins, 200 box cutters, 300 squats. Despite this being his  3rd VQ, YHC forced to modify box cutters to 150.

Mosey to tables. Erkins x 15, LL step ups x 15 (OYO in cadence again), RL step ups x 15, derkins x 15, box jumps x 10, dips x 15

Repeato with WW2 x 20
