8 Pax ventured to the Hanes Park AO for a Redline adventure this chilly Noviembre.
Warmarama:
The normal warm-up lap around the HP AO.
The Thang:
- Pax Complete a fast 400M lap on the HP track.
- Pax mosey/walk from track to the bottom of the Intimidator and then a quick sprint to Carolina Avenue (first intersection)
- Pax mosey back to track for another fast 400M lap
- Pax mosey/walk HP West End entrance turn right and make an 800M lap around the YMCA with emphasis on long fast strides down hill
- Repeato
Announcements:
- TRQ launches at 0700 at Speas Thanksgiving Day
- Convergence at 0700 HP AO (Mothership) on Saturday 11/27
- Canned goods are being collected
COT:
- YHC gave thanks for a successful safe construction mission trip to Los Laureles, Santa Bárbara, Honduras. The team was able to get the joists, flooring, roof, and some of the walls completed (pic). YHC also remembered those who are living outdoors during these cold nights.
NMM:
- Mongoose & The Vig were rolling this morning
- Winklevoss spent some time with the Pax leaders for a couple of laps – nice pace.
- Hitman, TR, and Toto seemed to carry on conversations throughout the morning
- Manscape – the Energizer Bunny who keeps going and going and going with a pleasant smile on his face regardless of circumstances
- YHC came dangerously close to a Paula Radcliffe moment.
