Well the rain was not issue but every PAX involved would agree that rain would have made it better. YHC is rarely, if ever, at Flatline. Whenever I am invited to Q the bar has to be pushed up a rung. It went like this:

• Arm Swirley x 5 forward and x 5 backward IC

Quick mosey up Cherry St. to Fourth.

Right on Fourth.

Right on the strollway all the way to Corpening Plaza to find a big `ol piece of cardboard.

PAX were instructed to perform the exercises on the cardboard and after each set run to the top of fountain at BB&T, now Truist, and complete three dips. Every lap increase the dips by 3.

• 10 x Hand Release Merkins and 10 x Viaducts each side, mosey and three dips
• 10 x Copperhead Squat and 20 x LBCs, mosey and six dips
• 10 x Wide Merkins and 10 x Nolan Ryan`s each side, mosey and nine dips
• 10 x Right Staggered Squat and 20 x American Hammers, mosey and twelve dips
• 10 x Diamond Merkins and 20 x Feddie Mercs, mosey and fifteen dips
• 10 x Left Staggered Squat and 20 x Low Flutters, mosey and eighteen dips
• 10 x Mike Tysons and 20 Low Dollies, mosey and twenty-one dips

The pax laddered all the way and almost back down. A few may have made it all the way down but whose counting.

Mosey back to the parking lot.

Overall a quiet group this morning. Even Bam. Made me think he was sleep posting. The group pushed from start to finish and everybody slayed the cardboard. Turns out that Corpening Plaza is at the bottom of the downtown bowl and there is little to no wind. It was hot and it was humid and we were all soaked by the end. YHC was glad to be there. Thanks for the keys Bevo. They are swirling at the bottom of the bowl.
