YHC took us out

Solid group of PAX this morning. Today was YHCs first time posting with Double Wide and Superfly. Both guys dug in and pushed to the end. Hope to see them again soon. Today`s beatdown had a fair amount of moseying and Splash was right at home out in front of the PAX. Van Gogh, DQ, Tweetie Bird and High Cotton were in the mix all the way through. Nary a PAX was lapped and the six was only a few feet behind the lead. Strong work all around. Splash was the first to point out that the beatdown did not include burpees or trips up the “hill to nowhere”. In spite of that, we all managed to get better. Always an honor to lead. Thanks for the keys Turnover.
