11 PAX and 1 dog.0 gathered at Hanes Park. YHC was not paying attention when Lamb Chop nudged to say it was time. An FNG amongst us, the mission statement, core principals and disclaimers were recited and we were off.

25 total pull ups in 5 rep increments. Every 5 reps stop for 10 squats OYO
Mosey to the Reynolds Auditorium for the Main Event. This one has become quite the crowd pleaser.
Mosey around the auditorium. Every lap stop for the following exercises. Ladder up and back down with every lap (5, 10, 15, 20, 15, 10, 5)

I could go down the list but this was a group of hardcore regulars that crushed this beatdown. Today was my first time posting with Atrophy and he is a tank. All go, all push and no stopping. Hope to post again with him. Drip EHed Toe Scab (former FNG Michael Hughes) for todays beatdown. Toe Scab posted in sandals and does not care for shoes when he is working out. He is quite the cook, has had some experiences and mends bones for a living (Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon). Lots of great options but Toe Scab stuck. Welcome. Hope to post again with him soon.
