Begin with Run around the loop

Followed by first exercise with 12 reps

Then another loop

Followed By the 1st exercise and then 2nd

Repeat all until you get to the 12th set

4th-Leg lifts-12

5th-Shoulder taps-12 DC

6th-Alternating Lunges 12 DC

7th-WWII-12

8th-Calve Raises-12

Lace was the only PAX that completed the workout, the dude is fast!!

I blame myself for not allowing enough time for this one, we all put forth a great effort!!!

Zima And Van Gough were not pleased with not finishing the task that was laid out. Van Gough blamed it on the Good Tunes.

    I got all the Billy Madison done with no time to spare but had to do my running before and after. Very impressed that Lace got it done WITH the running loops. Great workout Red Baron! Thanks for leading!
