YHC arrived to The Iron Throne on this very brisk morning and pulled into the parking lot to collect my thoughts. Pulled in earlier than normal with grand plans to participate in some form of EC but YHC was the only one present and self motivation for physical exertion is not in this Q’s wheelhouse (Hence why I show up to F3 so that others will push me). Time continued to pass, the Q continued to sit in the car wondering if this was going to be a solo workout instead of formulating back up plans for any potential snafu’s such as having a beautiful, balanced 3 man grinder planned and only having 4 people show up. Green Acres did his normal RIRO (which is 4.6 miles!) – Seriously #respectrespect. VG and Michael Bolton came rolling in shortly after.

***Since YHC was lazy and did not plan for the above mentioned snafu (how dare an improper number of pax show up for a beatdown that was not made public prior???), the Q panicked and tried to quickly modify what was on pen and paper.

All kidding aside, it was really great to be out there with you 3 men. The fellowship was strong and the smaller number of pax isn’t always a bad thing because it makes it easier to connect. I am not able to find the recording that may or may not be on my phone so the announcements and prayer requests have hopefully been made at other AO’s with more responsible Q’s. If not, please let me know and I will happily add them here.
