The preblast was sent exclusively through Slack, as I attempt to wean myself from Twitter; some may have missed it !
A foggy morning led the hard core Redliners to some off track work
We, of course, warmed up by running to Runnymede then sprinted up, moseyed back down and repeated that several times for 4+ miles.
Suede and I dominated the sprints up, even besting the fast holes in a winner take all mad run. They even congratulated our achievement and kept right on chatting amongst them fast selves 🙁 as we came by.
