PAX: Drip, HOG, Van Gogh, Cat Call, Ziggy Stardust and Post Hole

The Sky Q provided a beautiful morning in mid 40s with plenty of sun. One-by-one the PAX trickled in eager to put in some work. That is, everybody but Drip. He chose to conveniently leave is knee brace at home. Hearing the news Van Gogh commented that he thought Drip slept and showered with it on. No worries, a quick call to Mrs. Drip and she agreed to bring it to the AO. Amazing lady! HOG let YHC know that it was time and we got after it.

Still waiting on Mrs. Drip the PAX moseyed on and let directions for Drip to catch up. We moseyed up West End Blvd to Forsyth Street for our first stop of the morning. PAX partnered up. Partner A running halfway up Forsyth St and partner B performing the called exercise. For those of you not familiar with Forsyth Street………it is steep.

Drip caught up with us quickly and cranked out some reps.

Moseyed from Forsyth Street to the picnic tables at Reynolds HS by way of the giant sink hole on Northwest Blvd. At the picnic tables we gobbled up seven layers of dips. All exercises x 10.

Moseyed to the pull up bars.

First up was peoples chair, then jack reachers and finally seal claps

Pax were instructed to pick a different partner for pullups. Partners would perform fifty combined pullups. Partner A pulled to failure while partner B did mountain climbers.

PAX moseyed to track for one lap. PAX were instructed to backwards run the straightaways and bear crawl the turns.

PAX moseyed back to the start for a short Mary with Heals to Heaven and LBCs

YHC took us out

The size of the group and the format of the beatdown provided plenty of opportunity for chatter. There were great conversations from start to finish. We covered a lot ground and the PAX pushed to the bitter end. Strong. Honor to lead this morning. Thanks for the keys Drip. A special thanks to Mrs. Drip for putting our man back in action!
