The H.O.A. would frown upon us being on the tennis courts without appropriate tennis shoes (never mind the kettle bells)? Thanks Toe Tag for saving YHC from receiving one of those nasty letters in the mailbox.

SSH, Abe, Right over left, left over right, I.S.T., Run a lap around the perfectly lit loop that may or may not have been longer than the PAX had hoped for (See the THANG for more details).

Thang:

Pain station 1: Complete 4 exercises and do 10 double count ski jumps after each one

• 20 deadlifts
• 20 upright rows
• 20 snatches
• 20 squat thrusters

Run a lap

Pain station 2: Complete 4 exercises and do 20 plank jacks after each one

• 20 Carolina Dry Docks
• 20 KB Swings
• 20 American Hammer
• 20 Overhead Press

Run a lap (this lap was really starting to suck)

Pain station 3: Complete 4 exercises and do 5 burpees after each one

• 20 Bent over rows
• 20 Curls
• 20 straight arm overhead lifts (I have no idea what else to call these but everyone seemed to get it)
• 20 skull crushers

Run a lap (F this, Should I Omaha??? I didn’t, sorry)

Pain Station 4 (this one really sucked and surprisingly created some confusion): Complete 4 exercises and do 20 single count lunges after each one

• Skull crushers to Overhead press
• Deadlift to monkeyhumper
• V-up to heals to heaven
• Down dog to up dog

Data’s wife’s colleague’s husband has been receiving cancer treatment and it seems to be working – also a prayer request that it remains in remission.
