The Main Event- 4 Stations  about 200 feet apart

PAX collected rocks from pile of medium to large size, carried to station one.

Performed 1st exercise of Station 1, then move to St 2 and 1st exercise, St 3 and St 4. Then back to St 1 and do second exercise. PAX moved at own pace through these exercises. Repeato as time allows.

Station 1

  • 20 Overhead Press
  • 20 Curls for the Girls
  • 20 Lying Skull Crushers
  • 20 Bent Over Row

Station 2

  • 15 Squats
  • 15 Lunges (double count)
  • 20 Star Jumps
  • 20 Side Lunges (double count)

Station 3

  • 15 Peter Parker
  • 15 Parker Peter
  • 15 Penguin Crunch
  • 20 Hillbilly

Station 4

  • BURPEE 10
  • 15
  • 18
  • 20

Rocks returned in time for a little Mary and several of the PAX were able to pick some of their favorites.

PAX all completed the 4 stations and once more through the first exercise of each station again. Very lively bunch was present and MC was consistent. This did seem to increase significantly when PAX reached the Burpee Station. Only 5 trips around may not be enough to establish a firm correlation however.

YHC arranged for humidity to be turned way up for today’s pleasant workout.
