Biscuitville and Krispy Kreme on the Menu at #TheDistillery

QIC: Sour Mash

PAX: Harden, Schneider, 60 Minutes, Sour Mash

3 PAX were on time, Harden rolled in at about 0531.  From the parking lot we lunged walked down to the shelter to start a #GucciWarmup.  If you’re not sure what a #GucciWarmup is, it consists of stretches and other typical Warm-O-Rama exercises that lasts about 15 minutes.  Great #TimeWaster.

The PAX didn’t seem overly thrilled to be there; 60 and Schneider were literally carrying on a conversation and Harden wouldn’t talk so YHC had to call out cadence to himself.  60 wanted to call it quits about 3 minutes in and grab coffee.  Surprisingly, YHC was against that and felt we needed to get in at least 30 minutes, which we did.

After the #GucciWarmup, we grabbed some cinder blocks and did a round of the following:

  • Curls x 20 IC
  • Overhead Press x 20 IC
  • Squats (with or without block, PAX choice) x 20 IC
  • Merkins x 20 IC

Then we moseyed up to and around the covered drive thru area at church doors.

We repeat-O’d 4 times, skipping the last mosey for a few MARY exercises.

3o minutes was up and YHC took orders for biscuits while giving cash to 60 to pick up 4 coffee’s and donuts from Krispy Kreme.
