25 Jump Squats  10 Absolutions,  Quick Pace Mosey out 2 min back 2 min

25 Jump Squats 10 Absolutions,   Quick Pace Mosey out 2 min back 2 min

25 Jump Squats, 10 Absolutions  Quick Pace Mosey out 2 min back 2 min

 

60 Burpees

Each minute add a Merkin to your burpee   (At minute one do 2 merkins with each burpee, at minute 3 do three merkins with each burpee, ect until 60 Burpees.  When finished text Done to the group chat.  Plank Jacks for the 6.

 

Play previously Downloaded Lazy Eye by Silversun Pickups. 

High plank 30 sec, Chillcut plank 30 sec

20 Nolan Ryans right hand up, 20 Nolan Ryans Left hand up.

25 Crab Dips in 4 count Cadence.

1 of each Merkin.  Carolina, Crucible, Wide, Regular, Hand Release, Ranger, Diamond.

2 of each Merkins  Carolina, Crucible, Wide, Regular, Hand Release, Ranger, Diamond.

3 of each and so forth until the end of the song.

 

Mosey out and back 3 minutes.
