5 PAX descended upon a very full Linville Lot at Salem Lake this morning at 11byon kick off the month of Run Ranger Run for Team Dash Pax!

- Prayers for Palins M, 38 weeks pregnant with a cold.
- Prayers for Burns M, due in April with Twins
- Prayers for HOGs Job interview tomorrow
- Huck and Beverly are acting in a play in February 15 at the Garage which was written by Drama Queen
NMM
- The original plan was to launch at 2, when it was suppose to be nice and sunny out, but to accommodate a soccer game schedule we changed it to 11.
At 11 it was still cold and cloudy… - Huck was ready for a nice relaxing 8:30-9:00 pace.
- Palin, after Qing at Charlie Foxtrot was amped up and ready to go… at a sub 8:00 pace!
- As we traveled around the loop we noticed lots of cyclists, dog walkers, runners and even rowers out today.
- Headphone runners are lame and don’t like talking to people. #SadClown
- The PAX all took turns pushing one another, calling out for cyclists, holes, or mud. This is why you don’t #SadClown.
- The great thing about running in a group is we spent the whole time pushing each other. Our intentions were to take it easy, and while we all had fun, we definitely got stronger. This is alsowhy you don’t #SadClown.
- We finished with an 8:05 average pace, with two sub 8 miles mixed in.
