Warm-up lap around Hanes Park to bottom of Intimidator for instructions as follows:

Run 400 around track,

Then go out of the park to run approximately the same distance:
Up the Intimidator
Left on Carolina
Left on Brookstown
Left on West End and back to the Intimidator

Back to the track to run an 800

Then go out of the park to run an off track 800

Right on West End
Right on Glade
Right on Sunset
Left on West End back to the Intimidator

Back to the track to run a 1200

Then out of the park to run off-track 1200

Left on West End
Right on Pilot View
Right on Jersey
Right on Clover
Left on Carolina
Right on West End and back to the Intimidator

COT

Plunger expressed his appreciation for prayers and encouragement from the PAX while being on IR and what F3 has meant to him for the past several years. PAX is happy for him to be back working out. As well, YHC is especially grateful for Plunger’s presence and thankful that he invited him to F3 almost 5 years ago.

Valdez is now taking applications to find his successor as Site Q. As a previous Site Q at this AO, YHC highly recommends this experience, especially if you have never been a Site Q.

-Strong group of PAX went after it this morning, ideal conditions for running.
-Great to see Ramses back at Redline!
-Almost did not get to finish COT and take the PAX out in prayer as a city official appeared on the scene to order an evacuation of the AO for impending
maintenance in the parking lot.
-Thanks for the keys Valdez and thanks especially for being Site Q for the past year, well done !
