PAX: Mutton, Resistor, Juice Box

On a not so bad rainy Monday morning, 3 brave and/or foolish Pax gathered at Whiley Middle School to run in a big 5k circle.  As per usual, your YHC launched a few minutes early so as not to be lapped by his faster brothers.  The route went like this:  Right on NW BLVD.  Left on Reynolda, Left on Robinhood, Left on Oaklawn, Left on Forest, Right on Stratford, Left on Runnymeade back to Whiley.  3.25 miles.

We found shelter under the While walk way for 15 minutes of Tabata:  Pull ups, Merkins, Squats, Juanitas, Penguin Crunch and Low Flutters rounded out the morning.

YHC took us out reminding us all of the gift of His Son who paid the ultimate price for our sins.

A few notes:  We waited and waited but no Burlap.  It really was not a bad morning.  We escaped a major rainfall and everyone was glad they hauled themselves out of bed.
