An outstanding group of men gathered at Mayhem, Wednesday for a Pre Thanksgiving beatdown.  Here’s what happened:

5 SSH 2 Burpees   X5

Stretch

Mosey to Playground and do 10 pull ups then mosey back to parking lot.  Squat Jumps for the 6

Merkin Buffet to Lazy Eye, Silversun Pickups  6 min!

Mosey to Shelter past Bus lot.  1 WWII-1 LBC, 2 WWII-2 LBC…7 WWII-7 LBC

Mosey to Park Entrance

Divide into 4 groups and go to cone that will be your home base.  RPS.  Winner runs to next cone, Loser does prescribed # of each exercise the SSHs until the next Pax arrives.  Repeat.  (2 winners=2 runners, 2 Losers=2 doing exercise, tie=RPS again)  When you make it back to home base, run to center and put cone in bucket.  Run back to home base and RPS.  Perpetual motion.  You should either be playing RPS, SSHing, Exercising, or Running.

Exercises: 5 Burpees, 3 WMD Merkins, 10 PlankJacks, 10 Mtn Climbers.

Run around track Mix in different modes of Transportation.

Everyone seemed very thankful for the mekins this morning and mentioned their gratitude to YHC several times.  Always good to see my up-line, Plunger!  Run Down is a Beast and kept on running even with a hamstring issue. It seemed like the Pax enjoyed playing some RPS and got in a good workout.  There were several epic fourway battles.  Spam kept up the longest losing streaks ever seen at Meadow Lark Elementary and most likely set a new playground record for number of Mountain Climbers completed before sunrise.  Turnover, we missed you and I left the keys in the front door since school was out.
