Beatdown.

All exercises x 10 IC.  Leave the weight where it is and move on to the next exercise.  That’s right. The weight stays with the exercise. Weights were randomly placed with the exercises.  Deal with it.

After every 5th exercise, sprint the width of the parking lot twice.

    Solid beatdown, @Zima!
    And it was more than just “sprinting the width of the parking lot twice”.
    Also, despite the thorough warmorama, I remember looking at my clock once and asking myself “how the heck are there still 20 minutes left?!” I was smoked! Good stuff!
