Manscape, Litter Box, Palin, Burns and Bevo

We gathered at the Tennis Courts for Warm-Ups, and then we started!

– Green Sally Up with Squats

– NEW THING…PAD-P’s (teams of 3)
– Partner Assisted Dynamic Position
– Partner 1 does plank, Partner 2 pick up Partner 1’s feet and proceeds to do thrusters while Partner 1 holds the plank.
– Do work until Partner 3 gets back from running around the Tennis Court
– 3 Rounds

– Moved to Benches and did 4 Rounds of Dips to total 100

– Abs for Days (3 Stations)
– LBCs, Low Flutter, Ab Extensions on the Swing
– Do each for 1 Minute (3 rounds)

It was a great morning of fellowship and trying new exercises. Good laughs and even better pain.

Prayers/Announcements:
– Lift up Blue Steel (Doug Williams) as he is struggling with the pain
– Prayer for Burns as they have an Anatomy Scan for tomorrow to check out the twins
