It was a typical early August morning in many ways just like last Friday in The Village except today 10 pax showed up to run or walk routes that were familiar to most. These were a repeat of last week’s routes when only the Brothers Perry showed up. Obviously respect for the Q was the motivation for the nice numbers in WeFoCo.
I would copy and paste the routes but two were not public (YHC didn’t realize that until late and after author of the routes Sour Mash told me they were public). Anyway all left from the Y parking lot near Peace Haven (still debate about whether that is the upper or lower or perhaps middle lot) and all returned to said lot.
Some walked, some ran a 5k and some ran 5 miles.

Our two medical professionals seemed to both need medical attention after their 5 miler – Rameses on the other hand looked refreshed after he pulled away from the other fastholes at the finish.
Gucci commented 3 miles is a Goldilocks distance. #agreed
Most discussions seemed to revolve around football – college, pro and fantasy. #itsaboutthattime
