Launch from Brunson Elem. up Hawthorne, L up Runnymede, onto Warwick, L on Westview, L on Country Club, down 1st or down Lynwood, L on Cloverdale, home

GUN: per usual, YHC’s Tabata app sucked

Heels2heaven, merks (YhC started doing WW2…cold brain) / RedEye called for Squats avec hillbillies / DQ asked 4 Lunges & Freddie Mercs.

Annc: need volunteers for HOPE. IM or whatever YHC if you’re interested in lending a hand to help load/unload food 1x a month (3rd Thurs of every month). Feb is open for takers!!

BOM: YHC took DQ and REdeye out w/ thoughts of MLK to give us more compassion and empathy.

MC: no MC, but good convo w/ DQ and Red Eye about mutual agony over NFL officials, discussion over college selection for college aged kids, and other “general” topics
