Partner 1 does called Exercise, Partner 2 Runs the Stairs 5 Burpees at each Platform on the way up

  • 200 LBC
  • 300 Squats

Circle the Pax up for Popcorn Merry Mary

Each Pax calls a Mary Exercise, Q calls 5 Merkins OYO in between each set

COT/Prayer Request: YHC took us out Emily Carr was lifted up due to a medical scare regarding a growth found on her pancreas. #DashPax GAS Groups were lifted up in hopes the Pax will be brought closer to #HIM.

 

NMM:

  • Largemouth joined us this AM. Dude mixed in well with the group and got after it.
  • First time meeting Post Hole, hope to see you out to the other AOs
  • Cheesesteak made a great DORA 123 partner and the guy can crush some squats
  • Butter was there and his hair was a mess, YHC almost didn’t recognize him
  • Sgt. Shutlz asked Starfish if he was in town when arrived this AM  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  •  YHC called TSA, TPS #Cobains
  • YHC was trying to figure out who had better form, Snooki or his brother Blue Steel
  • Not sure who between Hazer and Roosevelt had the sphincter issues but one them was rotten
  • Pax completed 1000+ calisthenics this AM

 

This as AM was a nice change of pace. YHC usually post to OGs on Friday’s but was glad to Q these fine men at one of the #DashPax best AOs.
