Back-Blast

14 came out to tackle two routes that slightly overlapped last week’s BBBC.  The rain held off but the wind and hills did not.

The site Q killed the 6 mile route, setting a new distance PR.  The BBBC regulars are continuing to crush it and are seeing the rewards.  A 4.4 mile short route!  Was that ever part of the plan when we started this workout?!?  For the second week in a row, YHC went for 6.  Also never expected to type that!  Huge thanks to Ice Dancer for laying back and pushing YHC to not only finish, but do so with a fairly respectable time.

The numbers are growing.  If you haven’t, you really need to give the BBBC a try.  Just ask Total Recall.
