This Wednesday, the Dash PAX will converge upon Hanes Park (launching from Brunson Elementary) at 0700 for an HOUR LONG beatdown to celebrate our great nation’s 242nd birthday!
NONE OF THE REGULAR WORKOUTS WILL MEET AT 0530!!! This is the only option for the morning!
Brothers Cobra, Bluto, and Van Pelt will be our Q’s. Spread the word that there is sure to be fireworks with what they have planned!
