Well despite getting switch with Zuck last week the inevitable finally happened, had to Q #Redline.  Having not been to Hanes Park in a while the original plan of jogging towards playground and getting to track that way was scrapped.  Instead we moseyed around the park and made our way down to track while passing and not stopping at the pull up bars.  No verbal thank you was heard but YHC felt the gratitude.

Simple format, let’s get to it.

Warmup lap with high knees, butt kickers and Apollo Creed.

400 x 2 at 50%

400 x 1 at 75%

400 x 1 at best speed

Lassie for 6

200 at good to best speed with 100 recovery between each one x 4 (planned for 6, Omaha for time)

Lassie for 6

100 at top of every minute x 8 (100, rest until next minute and so on)

Mosey back to Y parking lot for 4 minutes of stretching.  Mostly hamstrings, calves also.

Between the sharp chest pains, ringing in ears and holding in merlot a time or two YHC heard nothing.

Convinced timer actually sped up during 100s rest.  No way that was a full minute.
