Welcome back ’bout time.  Run and Gun is back to full force with the return of ’bout time from injured reserve.  The rain held off for 3.20 mile of an up and down route.  We left Whittaker and went up Austin Lane to Robin Hood.  Left on Robin Hood and a right on Buena Vista.  BV looped back around and we came out on Wellington Rd.  Left on Glen Echo, left on Fairmont and a right back onto Buena Vista which brought us back to Whittaker.

It was a tough route, but we had time for two rounds of Tabata.
