Beverly has the Q tomorrow AM at Redline, so we combined our speed day with Redline. Our plan today was to run an Easy 8. I incorporated the St. Leo’s 5k course into the run so those participating in that race could have a “run through”.

The early group got after it this AM, Judging by the times they were off the second group by a couple of minutes
Zuckerberg broke out his inner boy band and sang for the second group

Patch however didn’t get lost
