As a night of typical challenged sleep prior to a Q ended after a hard fought, entertaining and disappointing Super Bowl, YHC silently cursed Redeye for “tricking” me into Qing the day after. By “trick”, he basically asked in a very polite, sincere way and YHC responded Aye. What a jerk!
So, waiting in parking lot as Redeye and Total Recall arrived and parked next to my vehicle. TPS for whatever reason parked as far away as possible. Very odd but not brought up, he has his reasons.
Quick discussion, to paraphrase: maybe we could skip workout and go have breakfast? Only have to convince one other guy to change his mind. (you decide who was the lone holdout. What a jerk!)

Mosey to school and partner up – Dora 1-2-3 (merkins, squats, LBC) – partner 1 runs around school building, partner 2 exercise, flapjack
Mosey back towards parking lot. Stop at benches for dips, irkins, dips, irkins, dips, step ups, dips, step ups
Stop at rockpile on way and find medium size rock – curls, bent over row, overhead press, skull crusher – repeato
Parking lot for Mary – Freddie Mercury, Low Flutter, Heels to Heaven, Box cutter, Plank
And scene.

- Total Recall friend received 30 day chip, looking to move from GA treatment facility, stay out of Winston for time being. Asked for prayers as his friend begins the next phase of his journey.
