Plan 9 from Outer Space

5 pax posted and chose the sequel of a terrible workout inspired by a horrible movie #Plan9fromOuterSpace.

After a run to Merschel Plaza and a short warm up, the pax did the following workout.

9 Burpees

18 SSH’s

27 Merkins

36 Lunges (18 each)

45 Plank Jacks

54 Squats

63 LBC’s

72 Jack Reachers

run up the hill and back

the second time around drop Reachers, third time LBC’s, fourth time Squats and so on until you reach just burpees.

After most were done, we moseyed back to the lot for a little bit of Mary

Moleskin

– everyone agrees this sucks, in part because it gets harder as you move on.  The easier exercises are cut off and the harder ones get left.

– TClaps to the Pax for putting up with YHC’s lazy planning and crappy workout.  Great work by all

– as usual Cherry Pie was our front, but Thistle was close behind.  #Strong

    Working out w/ Cherry Pie is confusing – it’s a combination of Mister Rogers and Mr. T. Great Q this morning Goofy – just leave the cardboard at home next time.

      Yhc has no idea what Thistle is talking about. Cherry Pie tried to slow the pace a few times only to have the aforementioned pax charge past from behind.

      Goofy – truly, this is an awful workout. Pulling it out twice in the span of 4 weeks has to be breaking some kind of F3 regulation. Yhc is checking and plans to throw the book at this morning’s Q if a violation has indeed occurred.
