Today marks 1 year since YHC first posted at F3, at VI, and was just a FNG. 365 days later I couldn’t imagine working out with a better group of guys than F3 Winston-Salem. Over the past year I have been able to make new friends, learn and grow from others around me and now I can run 3+ miles and do crazy workouts that I haven’t done since my baseball days.

Thank you, Zephyr, for EHing me last year at the pool and answer my 150 questions 48 hours prior to my first post!

Mentorship Monday

After the beatdown, all the PAX listed stayed for Mentorship Monday. A safe space for men to come together and just talk about areas where we may be struggling, maybe where we need prayer and just being there for each other.

This program will run the 2^nd Monday of each month for the rest of the year and we will go from there in 2027.

• Zephyr and I ran just over 3 miles this morning to the hospital and back. We were both not ready this morning but it ended up being a good run with a lot of good topics discussed. Thank you again Zephyr for the EH 365 days ago and pushing me to be better!
• I-Beam was my partner during Dora and this guy just keeps getting better and better, stronger and stronger. I enjoy seeing I-Beam out there working hard and he has the Q tomorrow at Parliament so be ready.
• Ziggy is still battling the code browns from France and has taken up property at the YMCA bathroom. He came back after his visit and got in some good reps. Keep feeling better Ziggy.
• Ziffel kept reminding me on Friday, and today, how much he hates working out but they guy had a rock for Dora the size of a Toyota Tundra. I called him out on it and he says “I have to compensate”…..I didn’t ask for any further information. Great work Ziffel!
• I learned that Rudolph has been doing this thing called F3 for 11 years, pretty awesome. His son is going off to college but it sounds like there may be a brawl in the Rudolph household before the trip to Chapel Hill. Breathe Rudolph, breathe! You got this brotha.
• Head Hunter has alerts on his phone when anyone mentions Murph, he gets the alerts and is ready to go! I passed this morning and he beat me up for it but we have found pull up bars as I tried to run away from him. Head Hunter, as y’all know, is a beast!
• YHC is a newbie and forgot a picture. Way to go Slowpitch!

Thank y’all for all the love and coming to celebrate with me and being present and cooperating during Mentorship Monday, it means a lot. This thing we call F3 and the location we call VI isn’t possible without all the love and support from everyone.
