The question posed this morning was, if you finished the workout and went home, only to discover that it was 7 years later, what would you do? So think on that one.
Warm O Rama

Then we mosied to the flag pole wall for 7 layers of dip. 7,8,9,10,9,8,7 dips with LL step ups, RL step ups, box jumps, derkins, merkins, irkins, and LT Dans of 10 in between.
Bear crawl one island, skip one island, walk one island and head to the rock pile.
Here we did 20,15,10 sets of curls, squats, OH press, lunges, skull crushers, calf raises, bent over rows, lt. dans with a walk around the circle in between.
Then we walked to the playground and did 1 pull up, 10 merkins, and 15 WWII and increased by 1 each round up to 4 rounds.
Then we walked back to start for mutton crunch, low flutter, and mississippi prom dates.
