If you recycle a workout but only 1 of the Pax comes out for both, that’s ok, right?😅 YHC has had a busy week, failed to recruit a Q, so decided to use the same plan as 11 days ago at TIT.  As I looked around at the group ready for some TRQ, I realized only Tami would notice the repetition.  So with the John Hiatt album “Slow Turning” blaring from my bag o’ speakers (someone also referred to my purse 🤷‍♂️) we jumped into Warmarama:  SSH, Imp Walkers, Abe V, Whirlies, Y-flies, arm circles, Mike Phelps, CH squats, and 1 long stretching squat.  Then grabbed my speaker purse and we moved to parking lot in front of the school.

Partner up for Dora with Pain: 100 merkins per pair while partner bear crawls about 30 yards and back.  200 squats while partner lunge walks out and back, 300 LBC and partner toy soldier walks out and back.
Then to wall for Wall Ball Crawl (crowd pleaser as usual.  Thanks again Greenspan!).

Then to playground for 3 rounds of 10 pull-ups, 20 WWII, 30 merkins.
To rocks as time is fleeting:  20 IC each of curls, skull crushers, lo-flutter holding rocks up, and American hammers.  The last 2 served as Mary today. One more set of curls and put rocks back.  Back to flagpole and time was up.  Most errbody had a good sweat going.

Announcements:  Need volunteers for workday in the mountains May 17 (check with Superfly), GreeNest volunteer opportunity same day, dinner service help at Samaritan on May 19 (check with Greenspan).
COT. Prayers for friend of Five Dollar going through rough patch, aging family members, and being a good vessel for receiving and pouring out God’s love (at least that’s the prayer YHC meant to say 🤦🏻‍♂️).

We all enjoyed some chitchat during the travels during Dora.  Tami tore up the workout again, we all wish we could squat like Ziggy, Starfish wasted no time getting the work done, Tarzan and Superfly quietly move through through the beatdown without all the huffing and puffing of YHC, and D-Day, FrankNBeans, and Five Dollar chatted while they kept up the pace.  All made what I thought was tough work look easy.  It was a pleasure to lead this wonderful group of HIM.  Until I run out of Q’s again…🤣
