“Bery simple, Bery easy”

Cherry Pie had a full day on the road on Tuesday, arriving back in the Twin City around 9pm.  After a quick dinner, and despite heavy eyelids, he began formulating the next morning’s Conspiracy beatdown.  In the moment, CP recalled a memory from his youth and the first tv cooking show he ever watched…hosted by none other than “Chef Tell”, best known for his thick German accent and the saying he would repeat throughout the show…“Bery simple, bery easy”.  Inspired by this former food hero of the past (God rest his soul), CP set about the plans for the morning.  Like bratwurst and kraut, not fancy, not complex, but certainly satisfying.

The morning went something like this:

Warm-O-Rama

  • Side straddle hop – 20
  • Imperial Storm Troopers – 20
  • Hill Billy’s – 20
  • Burpees – 20

Mosey to The Intimidator

  • Run to the top stop sign
  • Freddy Mercs in cadence – 10

Fast Mosey to the pull-up bars

  • 5 pull-ups
  • Low flutter in cadence – 10

Mosey to the track – set of exercises in each turn (4)

  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Lunges each leg
  • 15 Merkins
  • 25 American Hammers

Mosey to The Intimidator

  • Run to the top stop sign
  • Freddy Mercs in cadence – 10

Fast Mosey to the pull-up bars

  • 5 pull-ups
  • Low flutter in cadence – 10

Mosey to the track – set of exercises in each turn (4)

  • 10 Ski abs in cadence
  • 20 Jump squats
  • 15 Merkin jacks
  • 20 Heels to Heaven
  • Completed to corners before moseying to the AO

Not sure the pax approved of the “Bery simple, Bery easy” concept.  CP was not sure whether they took issue with the notion of simple, easy or both.  In any case, the Q was grateful for the fellowship!
