What a beautiful morning!  Seemed like a good idea to share my usual sad clown Wednesday workout with my F3 Iron Throne buds. Finished planning the workout during my slow mosey to Sherwood.  No phone or watch but arrived early and was solo for a bit. Since it was Easter Monday I worried for a bit that I would be a sad clown again, but then Crash and the others arrived to save me from that. In honor of the Nantan, quick recital of MS and CP, and then warmarama:  SSH, ImpWalkers, AV, Whirlies, Y Flies, Michael Phelps, CH squats. To the basketball court, line up on end line. Lunge walk to other end line, with 5 squats at FT line, mid court, FT line, and end line. Then to mulched play space for my Wed workout, this time with friends! Five rounds of 10 chin-ups, tricep something, stomach something. First round is chin-ups, 25 merkins OYO, 30 WW2’s OYO. Second round is chin-ups, 3 Australian merkins with wall-ball-crawl 5 handsteps to R and then 5 handsteps back to start, 3 more Aussie merkins, 30 LBC’s IC. Third round is chin-ups, 20 upright dips on parallel bars, 30 low flutter IC. Fourth round is chin-ups, 30-60 bench dips (to failure), Mutton Crunch 15 IC ea side. Fifth round is chin-ups, 20  upright dips and 30 WW2 OYO. Back to basketball court for bear crawl, stopping at the 4 lines for 5 burpees ea time. Then back across BB court with lunge walk and squats again, and finally mosey to each line and do 5 merkins ea line. Back to starting place for Mary. After 10 burpees OYO (tip of the hat to Squirrel from Cleveland!), took turns calling exercises:  Drip: 15 King Tut’s IC. Workbench:  15 low flutter ic I 🤔, Huckleberry: 3 slow merkins (10 count down, 10 count up), Michael Bolton: 15 leg lifts IC, Spamalot: 15 low Dolly IC, Crash: 15 Box Cutter IC, and DONE.
The streak continues!  Michael Bolton has been to EVERY Iron Throne in history!
I tried to wear these guys out but they smashed this workout. Don’t think Huck and Drip broke a sweat. Great bunch of HIM’s. Very strong work by all. Thanks for the keys Tigger.
