The Thang

P1 does called exercise (AMRAP) while P2 back pedals length of parking lot, does 1 Bobby Hurley, and runs back to switch. Do this for 40 minutes until workout is complete going through list of workouts as many times as necessary.

Fenders and 60 Minutes List:

  • Burpees x 150
  • Squats x 300
  • LBC’s x 150
  • Arm Swirly Things x 300
  • Merkins x 150
  • Imperial Walkers x 300
  • Repeato

Schneider and Harden’s List:

  • Curls x 150
  • Squats x 300
  • LBC’s x 150
  • Arm Swirly Things x 300
  • Merkins x 150
  • IW x 300
  • Repeato

Unbeknownst to the pax, YHC had already selected the teams. YHC promised Fender that if he showed for his 3rd Harden Q in 3 days he would reward him with the Burpees he had been wanting (This is no joke). YHC figured that since 60 Minutes had decided to skip both VI and Parliament that he would be in perfectly fine condition to hang with Fender during the burpees – so they were a natural team. Schneider and I had been to 3 straight days and screw, I am the Q I do what I want.
