Mosey to block and choose one of your liking. John Cusack to basketball court behind school. Set blocks to the side. Line up for 11’s end line to end line. WWII and Mt. Climbers.

Grab your block and perform exercises called in cadence. Curls for the Girls, Overhead Press, Bent Rows, Skull Crushers, Bus Drivers, Bench Press, Greg Louganis, Upright Rows, Squat and hold block in front till exhaustion.

John Cusack back to return blocks. Mosey to benches for Irkins, R and L leg step ups, and Dips. Move to parking lot for Mary.
