Today’s beatdown was a finisher from last Tuesday’s Redline led by Greenspan. YHC really wanted to finish that 400×8 run on the track, so why not do it today at Conspiracy. The Q obviously knowing nobody would come to run 400s on the track, YHC devised a plan to “walk” around the track while doing 400s. YHC and Greenspan even did the same RIRO routine that day, just needed Turnover (reallly, Mayhem!!!).

• The pax did not like the plank jack merkins back-to-back
• lunges were a great relief for the arms
• The pax made fun of the YHC AST while running forward and backward- The pax should have thanked the Q for teaching them how to fly
• Lots of fast runners today on the track (2 miles)
• Burpee walk for some Pax was burpee walk 10 steps burpees- it should be burpee hop burpee hop- Q fail on the explanation
• Spicoli and $5 apparently showed up on Spicoli time and could not find us- TRACK OBVIOUSLY! So they did burpees the whole time in the parking lot-ask them how many they did!
