Keeping Things Simple at Redline

QIC: Valdez

Date: 10/22/2019

PAX: Manscape, Glazer, Sac, The Vig, Bed Bug, Boo Boo, Balco

Not one to deviate from his beloved standard operating procedure, YHC split today’s workout into half track and half hills – starting on the track until 0600, then off to the hills.

YHC accidentally timed the track portion quite well. Without running through the math prior to 0530, he promised the PAX they would be able to complete at least half of, maybe all of, or perhaps two renditions of the track portion of the workout. As fate would have it, the majority of the PAX finished close to the goal time of 0600. Next up – The Intimidator.

Having been MIA at Redline for the past few weeks due to vacation and general laziness, YHC was reacquainted with the Intimidator this morning. YHC would like to officially note that it is just as steep as it was a few weeks ago.
