Yankee Hotel Charlie (YHC) saw a Fox as I drove up to the Alpha Oscar (AO). It was a good sign!

After ordering all o the Papa Alpha X-ray (PAX) to bring a Wingman, we ended up with an even four at the start. I love it when a plan comes together!

Mosey to benches for Delta Oscar Romeo Alpha (DORA)

Partner 1 runs to “dirty traffic cones” and back

Partner 2 exercises: Step-ups x150 total, Dips x150 total, Bulgarian split x50’ish
