YHC can only assume that the attendance at this morning’s edition of The Distillery was driven by the celebrations had by UNC fans after last night.  Congrats to UNC.  OR…the non-stop rain that we have suffered through the past week may have played a role.

Regardless of the reason, a hardy group of 5 Pax braved the elements and had some fun this morning.

Pulling into the parking lot, YHC saw three familiar vehicles.  That could only mean that Schneider, Harden, and Sourmash were out getting some RRR miles.  Great job fellas.  Rumor has it they knocked out just over 2 miles.  Tclaps!

Despite the forecast, the rain actually held off.  Having no desire to splash in puddles, YHC broke out the official F3 card set.  Each card has an exercise listed on it.  For Aces :100 reps, for face cards : 25 reps, and for other, add 10 reps to the number of the cards.

With five minutes left, we stopped, and knocked out some Mary.  LBCs, Box cutters, mutton crunches, low dollies.

Worst kept secret….Sourmash is a runner.

Harden was his usual quiet self.  Just working hard!
